Q. What if I need to cancel my booking? How do I obtain a refund / credit?
To cancel a booking, please call or e-mail your consultant.
To apply for a refund, please inform your consultant of your bank account details.
Refunds may take up to 2-3 days.
Q. How do I know the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased?
Terms and conditions differ depending on airlines and the fare types. Please ask your consultant for details in regard to cancellation fees and refundable fees.
Q. When do I pay for my flights?
Payment due date varies depending on bookings.
- If you leave within three weeks, you'll be required to make payment three days upon booking.
- If you leave within a few months, a deposit of <amount> (per person) is required, and the balance is due about four weeks prior to the departure.
If preferred, full payment is also accepted at time of booking.
Please ask your consultant for details.
Q. How do I amend a booking?
Please call or e-mail your consultant if you would like to make changes to a booking.
Please note that some tickets are non-refundable and/or non-changeable, and a change / cancellation fee may apply.

Q. I know where I want to go. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, our airfare search function is not available in English yet.
To search for airfares in Japanese, please go to the airfare page on our Japanese site,

Q. Can I book one-way flights?
Yes, you can. We arrange one way tickets to many destinations.
However in almost all cases, you need a visa for the country you are traveling to.
Please contact us if you need more information.
Q.Can I book a round the world ticket with <company name>?
There are hundreds of routes and destinations we can offer as part of Round the World tickets.
As these airfares tend to be complicated, <company name> travel consultants can assist with planning the best route for you. Please call us at <phone number> for more information.
Q. How much will the taxes be on my flights?
Taxes are made up of a number of variables such as the destination you are flying to/from, departure date, airport taxes, airline levies and fuel surcharges.
Your <company name> travel consultant will advise you on the taxes required.
Please note, taxes are subject to change until paid in full.
Q. How do I pay for my flights?
Please pay in person or via bank transfer by the due date on your invoice.
Credit card payment is acceptable with some ticket types.
Payment methods available depends on the ticket types, so please ask your travel consultant at the time of booking.

Q. What do I do in the event of an emergency whilst overseas?
If you encounter an emergency whilst overseas and have taken out an insurance policy with <company name>, please contact the below numbers:

We can work out the cost and assist you with the extension process should you wish to proceed.
Q. What happens if my luggage goes astray?
If your luggage is lost in transit, you will need to contact the airline directly.
If you need to make an insurance claim for lost luggage, please contact:

Q. If I am pregnant, will I be covered by travel insurance?
General items such as theft and stolen properties will be covered for, unfortunately pregnancy-related illness are not covered.
Q. My luggage has been damaged, what should I do?
Please contact the airline directly for assistance. You can claim for lost luggage by submitting the claim form found in the insurance booklet.
